What 𗤼 means
It is a Tangut character, not a Chinese one. Tangut has its own character forms and arrangements. The catalog label “Tangut Ideograph-1793C” identifies this glyph; it supplies neither an English translation nor a reading.
In 1036, Li Yuanhao, ruler of Western Xia, ordered Tangut writing for state-building and a Buddhist canon. Later works included Confucian, military, and literary texts. The script followed earlier Khitan writing practice (Khitan was another regional script) and Chinese writing principles while remaining distinct. A surviving manuscript fragment—a piece of handwritten text—is probably from the 12th or early 13th century.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗤼 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
