What 𗤻 means
It means “flower.”
Old books and typefaces can draw Tangut characters differently; an outline change alone does not make a new character.
Is 𗤻 Chinese?
No. It is Tangut writing. Tangut is a separate script for a different language. Its compact characters can resemble Chinese characters, but the writing systems are distinct.
Created around 1036 under the first emperor of the Western Xia kingdom, Tangut writing recorded the Tangut language in official, private, and religious texts. After the kingdom fell to the Mongols, the script remained in use during the Yuan and Ming dynasties, then became obsolete by the end of the Ming.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𗤻 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
