What 𗦟 means
Its Unicode label identifies the sign, not its word-level reading. A Tangut dictionary entry or the sentence around it is needed to identify the word.
Tangut is a separate script modeled partly on Chinese and Khitan writing. Khitan was another historical script used in the region; these are design influences, not evidence that Tangut characters can be read as Chinese.
Tangut writing was created by imperial decree for the Tangut language. Its documented use runs from 1036 to 1502. Texts include Buddhist translations, legal works, household and tax records, contracts, and literature. Most surviving manuscripts date to the mid-11th to early 13th centuries; the latest known inscription is dated 1502. Those dates describe the script, not a documented change in 𗦟's meaning.
A character from a historical script; its exact word depends on a Tangut dictionary or sentence context.
Do not assign it a Chinese reading from its shape.

𗦟\1799FWhy is 𗦟 a box on my screen?
fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
