What 𗧚 means
It names a feeling of fondness or gladness.
Tangut dictionaries pair it with Chinese 憙, glossed as liking or happiness. The signs belong to distinct scripts.
The Tangut script was devised around 1036 under Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao for state-building and Buddhist translation. Khitan neighbors’ two scripts preceded it by about a century; Chinese writing influenced Tangut’s forms. Manuscripts from Khara-Khoto, a ruined city in Inner Mongolia, probably date to the 12th or early 13th century. The script lasted through the Yuan and Ming, becoming obsolete by the Ming’s end.

1Why does 𗧚 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
