What 𗧩 means
L2008-2135 is glossed as “to hold.” The Unicode Tangut chart maps 𗧩 to this entry in Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut–Chinese dictionary. Its number identifies a dictionary entry, not a pronunciation.
The Tangut script was introduced in 1036–1037 for the Western Xia state. It served government, schools, Buddhist translations, legal texts, and books. The script continued after the state fell in 1227; the latest known inscription is dated 1502.
Historical and specialist; Tangut glyphs can vary in shape by font.
Is this a Chinese character? No: Tangut is a separate script shaped by Chinese and Khitan models; Khitan was another writing system in the region.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗧩 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
