What does 𗨫 mean?
In Tangut, 𗨫 is glossed as “to manage.”
Tangut was a language of Western Xia, a kingdom that ruled parts of northwestern China. Tangut writing was in use by 1036 during state-building. The script helped distinguish Western Xia’s written identity from the neighboring Song dynasty and was used to produce a Buddhist canon, a collection of Buddhist scriptures.
Manuscripts from Khara-khoto probably date to the 12th or early 13th century; surviving Tangut texts include Buddhist scriptures and nonreligious translations of Chinese works.

Questions people ask
1Can a Chinese reader read 𗨫?
No. Tangut writing drew visual and compositional inspiration from Chinese writing, but the scripts cannot be read in place of one another. The resemblance alone gives no Chinese reading for 𗨫.
