What 𗪎 means
It means “to force.”
𗪎 is a character in the Tangut script, used to write the Tangut language. The Western Xia (Xixia) court introduced that script in 1036 as a state writing system. Its forms drew on Chinese and Khitan writing; Khitan was another script used in the region, but Tangut remained distinct.
The script served government and Buddhist, legal, and literary writing. It outlasted the Western Xia state; the latest known Tangut inscription is dated 1502.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗪎 show as a box?
It is a font-coverage problem: the selected web or system font lacks the glyph for 𗪎. Unicode can identify the character even when that font cannot draw it; a Tangut-capable font is needed to display the intended form.
