What 𗫈 means
It means “this morning.”
Tangut writing was designed in 1036, before Western Xia was established in 1038. It served government and schools and was used to translate and print Buddhist texts. After Western Xia fell in 1227, Tangut writing continued in manuscripts and inscriptions.
Tangut is a distinct writing system of Western Xia; this glyph is not a Chinese, Japanese, or Korean character.
