What 𗭛 means
It means “heel,” the back part of the foot. The English index to Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary gives this entry the gloss “heel.”
The Tangut script was created in 1036 under Western Xia emperor Li Yuanhao for government and Buddhist translation. It drew on Chinese writing and the Khitan script, another writing system used in the region. Manuscripts from the ruined city of Khara-Khoto include Buddhist works and Chinese translations; one surviving manuscript probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century. After the Mongol conquest, Tangut writing fell out of daily use.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗭛 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
