What 𗭾 means
It is Tangut, not a Chinese character.
Tangut was a historical Tibeto-Burman language of what is now northwestern China. Its script modeled Chinese character structure but was designed for Tangut.
The Western Xia (Xixia) court created it by imperial decree under Emperor Jingzong around 1036. After the Mongol conquest in the 13th century, Tangut writing continued into the Ming period, then became obsolete. Scholars rediscovered the script in the late 19th century and deciphered much of it in the early 20th.
Use it when discussing Tangut language or script, especially in historical and scholarly contexts.
A blank box means the font lacks Tangut coverage; it does not change the character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗭾 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
