What 𗮁 means
It means “rattle of a drum.” The English index to Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary gives this gloss for L5115, the entry Unicode associates with 𗮁.
Tangut was created under Western Xia’s first emperor about 1036 to write the Tangut language, and appeared in official, private, and religious texts. It remained in use after Western Xia ended; the latest known inscription is dated 1502.
A box on screen usually means the font or device lacks Tangut support; font support varies by device.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗮁 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
