What 𘢤 means
It is a numbered part used to describe Tangut characters, not a word. Unicode’s Tangut component inventory groups parts used to index, describe, and analyze full Tangut characters; 165 identifies one entry. The number gives no translation or pronunciation.
Tangut script was created for the Tangut state in 1036 under ruler Li Yuanhao and scholar Yeli Renrong. It served government records and Buddhist scripture. An official document from 1072 is among the earliest surviving transmitted examples; later texts include Buddhist scriptures, translations of Chinese works, military writing, and literature.
Tangut writing drew on Chinese character structure and the earlier Khitan script, another regional writing system, but it was a distinct script. Later scholars organized Tangut characters into different component systems for dictionaries and publications; Unicode’s inventory brings several of those schemes together.
