What 𗯬 means
It means “pillow” in Tangut. A Tangut–Chinese dictionary calls it a sleeping cushion. The script is distinct from Chinese, though Chinese writing inspired its design.
Around 1036, ruler Li Yuanhao ordered the script for Western Xia state-building and Buddhist translation. Western Xia was a state in northwest China; earlier Khitan scripts provided a model. Tangut writing served official records, Buddhist works and literature. A surviving manuscript fragment translating Chinese anecdotes probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century; the latest known inscription dates to 1502.

1Why does 𗯬 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
