What 𗱹 means
It means “be heavy” in Tangut.
It is a stative verb: it describes a state rather than an action. Under Li Yuanhao, ruler of the Western Xia state, Tangut writing was officially implemented in 1036 as part of state-building. It served administration and translations of Buddhist scriptures; later books also included Chinese classics, military works, and literature. Its written forms may look familiar beside Chinese characters, but knowing Chinese alone does not let you read Tangut.
What does it mean if someone sends 𗱹 alone?
It points to Tangut writing, but does not reveal a clear personal message.
The character has a dictionary gloss, but that alone does not tell you what the sender meant.
After the Western Xia state fell, Tangut writing continued in Buddhist settings. An inscription dated 1502 is among the latest known examples.
Historical and specialist; readers unfamiliar with Tangut need surrounding context to interpret it.
The gloss alone does not tell you what a sender intended.
