What 𗱸 means
It means “stone” in Tangut.
Tangut dictionaries gloss 𗱸 on its own as “stone.” Compound entries can name diamond, ore, or crystal; those are meanings of the compounds, not extra meanings of the lone character.
Tangut script was created around 1036 under Western Xia, a Tangut kingdom, to write the Tangut language. It served official and private writing as well as Buddhist sutras, which are religious texts. It remained in use under the Yuan and Ming dynasties and was obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty. Tangut manuscript variants show one character in different shapes. Unicode treats shapes as one character when differences do not affect meaning, so fonts may differ from manuscripts.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗱸 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
