What 𘞉 means
It is glossed as “stone” or “pebble.”
Tangut Buddhist indexes gloss it as “stone, pebble”; another table gives “ore, stone.” These are historical dictionary translations for this individual character.
Tangut writing can resemble Chinese writing at a glance, but it is a separate script made for the Tangut language. It continued in use after Western Xia fell, through the Yuan and Ming dynasties, two later Chinese ruling periods, and became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
Historical and specialist; the “stone” reading comes from Tangut lexical sources.

1Why does 𘞉 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
