What 𗳘 means
It means “willing” or “happy to” in Tangut.
A historical Tangut dictionary gives the Chinese gloss 樂意, meaning “willing” or “happy to do something.”
In 1036, Tangut ruler Li Yuanhao ordered the script as part of building a state and expressing a distinct identity alongside Song China. Tangut writing carried Buddhist scripture and translations of Confucian, military, and literary works. Manuscript material from Khara-khoto is probably from the 12th or early 13th century. Tangut and Khitan were separate writing traditions in neighboring states; Tangut design drew on Chinese writing principles but was not derived from Chinese.
A word from the historical Tangut language, preserved in dictionary and manuscript material.
If 𗳘 appears as a box, the font or app may lack Tangut glyph support.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗳘 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
