What 𗳤 means
It is a Tangut word glossed as “among.”
Unicode’s source record links this character to entry 1356 in Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut-Chinese Dictionary; that entry is indexed under “among.”
The source trail for the entry reaches Wénhǎi, a Tangut dictionary from the 12th century.
Why was Tangut script created?
Tangut script was created for the Western Xia state in 1036.
Writers used it to record events and translate important Chinese classics. Many Tangut characters were built from parts that suggest a meaning or a sound.
Why does 𗳤 look different in another font?
Tangut fonts can draw the same encoded character with different shapes.
Unicode notes variant glyph forms in Tangut source texts and says a representative form is encoded when those variants do not distinguish separate characters. A changed outline alone does not show that the text contains a different character.
It is specialist historical writing; using it in a message assumes the reader can read Tangut or is studying it.
