What 𗳫 means
A Tangut dictionary translates it as “to take.”
Unicode’s Tangut chart matches 𗳫 to entry 1738 in Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut–Chinese dictionary.
The script was created about 1036 CE for the Tangut language and used in government, private, and Buddhist religious writing in Western Xia, a medieval state. Chinese characters influenced its structure, but Tangut is a separate script. It continued in later religious writing before becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
