What 𗴘 means
The Tangut dictionary gloss is “fear.”
Tangut was the language of Western Xia, a state in northwestern China. Its court introduced the writing around 1037 for government, culture, and Buddhist texts.
After the Mongols conquered Western Xia in 1227, Tangut writing continued in Yuan Buddhist works; an inscription is dated 1502.
In casual chat, explain the gloss: Tangut is a historical language, not a familiar reaction format.
Without a Tangut reader, “fear” may not come through.

2Why does 𗴘 show as a box?
Your font may lack Tangut. Use one with Tangut coverage; the character itself is unchanged.
Is 𗴘 Chinese?
No. Tangut is a separate language. Its script borrowed structure from Chinese writing and the neighboring Khitan people's script.

𗴘\17D18Why is 𗴘 a box on my screen?
fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
