What 𗴴 means
It means “peaceful and happy” in Tangut. The Tangut poem Ode on Monthly Pleasures, arranged by the lunar calendar month by month, uses it in a line translated as “the country is at peace.”
The Tangut script was created for the Western Xia kingdom in 1036. It served official records, Buddhist works, translations of Chinese texts, military documents, and literature; the latest known examples date to 1502.
What does it mean if someone sends 𗴴 alone?
It is a Tangut word, not a complete message by itself.
If it arrives alone, its dictionary sense is all you can safely infer; ask for the surrounding sentence if the sender’s intent matters.
A font without Tangut support may show a blank or box. Tangut reference works also record two different arrangements of this character’s inner parts.
Historical and literary; its translated sense is calm and positive.

1Why does 𗴴 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
