What 𗷫 means
It is a Tangut character glossed “annoyance.”
Created around 1036 under Western Xia, the Tangut script was used for government records and Buddhist texts. It remained in use under the Yuan and Ming, including in Buddhist printing; it became obsolete by the Ming dynasty's end and was rediscovered in the late 19th century.
Someone sent me 𗷫 — what does it mean?
Its historical gloss is “annoyance”; a chat meaning is uncertain.
In a historical Tangut text, read it with that gloss and the surrounding sentence. In casual chat, the old gloss is not a reliable tone cue; don't assume the sender is irritated.
Tangut writing can resemble Chinese characters, but it is a separate script created for the Tangut language. 𗷫 is not a Chinese character.
Historical and specialist; outside Tangut study, its intended meaning is unclear.
Don't treat it as a modern reaction of annoyance.

1Why does 𗷫 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
