What 𗹐 means
It means loyalty, especially moral uprightness.
Tangut dictionaries gloss it as “loyal”; linguistic descriptions also give “straight” in the moral sense.
Tangut was created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor to write the Tangut language. It served official, private, Buddhist, and legal writing, and continued into use in the Yuan and Ming dynasties. Its design drew on Chinese and Khitan writing, but Tangut remained a distinct script.

1Why does 𗹐 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
