What 𗺇 means
𗺇 is the Tangut character glossed as “cheek.” A Tangut–Chinese dictionary lists it as entry 3393.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 as part of building the Western Xia state and preparing a Buddhist scripture collection. It drew visual and structural ideas from Chinese writing, but remained a distinct script. Later Tangut writing carried Buddhist, Confucian, military, encyclopedic, and literary works. A manuscript from Khara-Khoto, a ruined town in Inner Mongolia, probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century.
If 𗺇 appears as a box, your font lacks this Tangut character; the missing drawing changes its display, not its identity.
Best used in Tangut studies or with its gloss explained.
A recipient cannot reliably infer “cheek” from 𗺇 alone.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗺇 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
