What 𗺵 means
Its linked dictionary entry gives a grass gloss. Unicode links 𗺵 to Tangut entry L2008-3793, glossed as “a kind of grass.” The code-point label identifies the character; it does not translate it.
The Tangut script was created for the Tangut language under the first emperor of Xixia (Western Xia) around 1036. It served official work, Buddhist translations, and literature, and remained in use through the Yuan and Ming dynasties before becoming obsolete.
Without Tangut font coverage, 𗺵 may display as a missing-glyph box. That is a font limitation, not a different character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗺵 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
