What 𗾢 means
𗾢 is the Tangut character for “bird.”
The script was created under Western Xia’s first emperor around 1036 to write the Tangut language; its documented written period runs from 1036 to 1502. Tangut writing appears in official, private, and religious texts. Its characters resemble Chinese writing but belong to a separate script. Traditionally, text ran top to bottom in columns ordered right to left; scholars now write Tangut horizontally, left to right.
Historical and literary in tone; a specialist character.
Its resemblance to Chinese writing does not make it a Chinese character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗾢 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
