What 𘁤 means
It is glossed as “woman.” The Tangut woman glyph 𘁤 appears under that meaning in the 2008 English index to Li Fanwen’s Tangut-Chinese dictionary. “Tangut Ideograph-18064” is a numbering label, not a translation.
Tangut writing was developed for the Tangut language under the Western Xia state in what is now northwestern China. It served state records and translations of Chinese classics, as well as Buddhist works, private writing, inscriptions, and manuscripts. It continued during the Yuan and Ming dynasties and became obsolete as living writing by the end of the Ming. Its square forms resemble Chinese characters, but Tangut is a separate script.
This is a dictionary gloss for a historical written word.
A Chinese-like shape does not make it Chinese writing.
