What 𘆄 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses it as “fierce wind.” Li Fanwen’s English index lists the entry as LFW 0238. The Tangut script was promulgated by the Western Xia state in 1036 for state correspondence and Buddhist translation. It also appears in later inscriptions; the last known dated Tangut inscription is from 1502.

1Why does 𘆄 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
