What 𘇌 means
In Tangut, this means “spoon.” Its reconstructed reading is dzjwi; that spelling is scholars’ estimate of how the historical word sounded.
The Western Xia court created the Tangut script about 1036 for official and cultural writing. Its character structure was modeled on Chinese writing, but it records Tangut, a different language. After Western Xia fell, people continued writing Tangut under the Yuan and Ming dynasties; the script became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘇌 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
