What 𘊼 means
No. It belongs to the separate Tangut script. Chinese writing inspired its visual style, but Tangut characters write a different language.
Western Xia's ruler Li Yuanhao ordered the script around 1036. Scholars link the project to a distinct Tangut state identity and to translating Buddhist scriptures into Tangut. After Western Xia fell, writing continued under the Yuan and Ming dynasties.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘊼 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
