What 𘊻 means
The dictionary gloss is “sexual intercourse.” Li Fanwen indexes 𘊻 as entry 5244; its English definition list supplies that sense.
Tangut was Western Xia’s language, a medieval state in northwest China. In 1036, ruler Li Yuanhao ordered a state script for official records and Buddhist texts. Its earliest surviving document is a military dispatch from 1072. Writing continued after Western Xia fell in 1227, with inscriptions including one from 1502. The script draws on Chinese writing; Western Xia followed Khitan neighbors in creating a state script.

1Why does 𘊻 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
