What 𘋄 means
Its meaning alone remains unsettled as of 2026-07-09. The Tangut script was created by imperial decree in 1036 for Western Xia (Xixia).
Surviving texts include Buddhist scriptures and translations of Confucian, military, encyclopedic and literary works. After the Mongol conquest, the Tangut language left everyday use, though its written record survived.
𘦍 and 𘨈 are documented components of 𘋄, pieces of its structure, not translations. Without a Tangut-capable font, it may show as a missing-glyph box.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘋄 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
