What 𘌤 means
It means “to run quickly” in Tangut.
Li Fanwen’s Tangut–Chinese dictionary indexes 𘌤 as entry 5942 and glosses it “to run quickly.”
The Tangut script was introduced in 1036 under Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao. It drew on Chinese writing principles and an earlier Khitan script project, and supported state-building, a Tangut-language collection of Buddhist scriptures, and a political identity distinct from Song China. A Khara-khoto manuscript fragment probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century; later Tangut texts also include Confucian, military, and literary works.
