What 𘌩 means
The glyph’s exact reading depends on Tangut language context. The Western Xia state, also called Xixia, created the Tangut script around 1036 to write its language.
The Tangut dictionary Wénhǎi (“Sea of Writing”) lists 𘌩 at 15.241. This is a dictionary location; the intended meaning comes from Tangut vocabulary and surrounding text.
After Xixia fell in 1227, Tangut writing continued under Yuan and Ming rule; it became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty. Tangut characters can resemble Chinese characters, but belong to a distinct script. A Tangut font is needed to display 𘌩; software without one may show a missing glyph box.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘌩 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
