What 𘍝 means
It means “round” in Tangut.
The Tangut script was devised around 1036 for official records and translations. Its characters draw on Chinese writing traditions, but form a distinct system built from recurring strokes and components.
Tangut writing also appears in books, Buddhist texts, and inscriptions. The last known example of the script dates to 1502.
