What 𘍿 means
In Tangut, 𘍿 means “hawk.” Tangut was the language of the Western Xia state; its purpose-built script is also known as Xixia.
Tangut writing was created in 1036 for state correspondence and a Buddhist canon, and also expressed an identity distinct from Song China. A surviving 11th-century Tangut translation of the Lotus Sutra (a Buddhist scripture) dates to the late 1030s–mid-1040s.

Without Tangut context, a recipient may not recognize “hawk.”

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘍿 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
