What 𘏀 means
Unicode’s formal name identifies it; it does not translate it.
Tangut is a distinct script for the Tangut language. Its characters may resemble Chinese, but this glyph’s shape alone gives no Chinese reading.
Created under Western Xia’s first emperor around 1036, the script served government and cultural identity. Tangut texts include translations of Chinese classics and Buddhist scriptures. Writing continued under Yuan and Ming rule; by the end of Ming, the script was obsolete.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
