What 𘏁 means
𘏁 is glossed as “to link.”
A dictionary gloss is a short translation; here it is “to link.” Tangut was the writing system of Western Xia (Xixia).
After Li Yuanhao declared independence in 1032, Western Xia ordered a native script to mark cultural independence. Tangut writing carried Buddhist texts, translations, and government records. Its forms drew on Chinese writing principles without deriving from Chinese characters, and Western Xia followed the neighboring Khitan example of a state script.
Historical-script text; outside Tangut study or font work, it reads as specialist text.
Can I send 𘏁? Add “to link”; alone, it gives readers no clue what you mean.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘏁 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
