What 𘏱 means
A Tangut dictionary and its sentence give the word meaning.
“Tangut Ideograph-183F1” is a code-point label, not a translation. The Tangut script was commissioned around 1036 by Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao for state-building and likely to produce a Tangut collection of Buddhist scriptures. Its makers followed earlier Khitan script-making and drew visual ideas from Chinese writing, but Tangut remained distinct. Tangut books included Buddhist texts, translated classics, histories, military works and literature.
After Western Xia fell to the Mongols, Tangut writing continued into the Yuan and Ming dynasties, becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty. Some Tangut glyph variants appear differently across historical sources. Unicode unifies variants when a source does not use them to distinguish entries, so a digital glyph may not match every manuscript form.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘏱 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
