What 𘓗 means
In Tangut, 𘓗 means “concentrated.”
The Tangut script was developed around 1036 for Western Xia. It appears in laws, contracts, books, Buddhist sutras, inscriptions, and manuscripts; its use had ended by the end of the Ming dynasty.
A Unicode study of Tangut characters lists 𘐏 as 𘓗’s parent in its character table.
A historical-script character, not a standard chat symbol.
Is 𘓗 Chinese? No. It is Tangut, a separate writing system associated with Western Xia.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘓗 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
