What 𘕒 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses it as “loose.” Li Fanwen’s 2008 dictionary reconstructs its reading as ku¹, a scholarly notation for an inferred Tangut pronunciation.
The Tangut script was developed in the 11th century for the Western Xia state, which used it for government records, literature, and teaching. The earliest surviving Tangut example is an official document dated 1072; that date belongs to the script’s surviving record, not specifically to 𘕒. After the Mongol conquest in the 13th century, Tangut stopped being used in daily life.
Historical and specialist: this character belongs in Tangut text or discussion.
If 𘕒 shows as a box, the font cannot display Tangut; the character itself is unchanged.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘕒 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
