What 𘖃 means
Its dictionary gloss is “marriage.”
Around 1036, Li Yuanhao, Western Xia’s first emperor in northwestern China, ordered Tangut script for state-building and Buddhist scripture. Its visual design drew on Chinese writing; earlier Khitan scripts offered a model for a separate native script. Tangut remained distinct and continued into the Yuan and Ming after Western Xia fell.
Historical and specialist; it belongs in Tangut writing or its study.
If it shows as a blank box, the font may lack Tangut glyphs.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘖃 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
