What 𘘾 means
It means “fruit” in Tangut.
The Tangut character for fruit appears in dictionaries as entry L0864, glossed “fruit”; a translated passage uses it for fruit eaten by birds and insects. In a Python string, use \U0001863E; in JavaScript, use \u{1863E}.
Tangut writing was established in 1036 as part of building the Western Xia state. The Tangut Buddhist Canon—a collection of Buddhist scriptures—was a central purpose for the script. A surviving manuscript from Khara-khoto is undated but probably from the 12th or early 13th century; 1036 dates the writing system, not the invention of this individual character.
Why doesn't the Unicode name explain 𘘾?
It identifies the character; it does not translate it.
The Unicode label “Tangut Ideograph-1863E” is built from the character's number. It identifies the encoded character, but it does not tell you its Tangut word.
A font draws this text character. Without Tangut coverage, it may show as a blank box or fallback mark; that display problem does not change the character.
Specialist and historical: it fits discussion of Tangut, old texts, or Unicode.
Without Tangut context, readers may not recognize it as a word.
