What 𘙊 means
𘙊 means “slow” in Tangut. A Tangut sentence can use it for “slowly.” The attested word 𗟜𘙊 means “speed,” literally “fast and slow.”
Tangut was the writing system of the Western Xia state in northwestern China, used for official documents and literature. The earliest surviving Tangut document is an official document sent to a military inspector in 1072; a 1502 inscription shows the script was still in use much later.
