What 𘛜 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses it as “baby.”
Tangut was the language of the Western Xia state, and Tangut script was developed under state direction to write it. The script served official and cultural writing; surviving translations from Chinese and Tibetan include Buddhist and literary texts. Its character forms were influenced by Chinese writing, but it records a different language.
