What 𘛢 means
Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary glosses it as “feast.”
Without knowing Tangut, a reader has no reason to take it as a meal invitation.
Tangut was commissioned in 1036 for Western Xia government and religious writing. Its forms drew on Chinese writing, but it is a separate script, not readable as Chinese. Like the earlier Khitan script, it served a distinct state. Tangut writing remained in use into 1502.
Historical and specialist; it belongs in Tangut-language or heritage material, not ordinary chat.
Alone, it may not tell readers who cannot read Tangut “feast.”
