What 𘝃 means
“Wing” is the dictionary gloss.
A Tangut dictionary compiled by Li Fanwen lists this character as entry 0673. The Tangut script was created in 1036 for a collection of Buddhist scriptures and to express a distinct Tangut identity alongside the Song dynasty of China. It was also used for Chinese classics, military works and literature. Its forms drew visual inspiration from Chinese writing and the earlier script of the Khitan people, but Tangut remained a distinct writing system.
To display 𘝃 as intended, the font installed on your device must include Tangut characters. Without that coverage, it may appear as a missing character.
Historical and scholarly; its dictionary gloss is not self-evident from the glyph.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘝃 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
