What 𘝏 means
It is a Tangut character glossed as “crane.”
Tangut is a historical writing system for the Tangut language. Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut–Chinese dictionary glosses this character as “crane.” A scholarly index records its reconstructed reading as tju, a technical transcription rather than an English translation.
The Tangut script was established in 1036 for the Western Xia state. It served government and education and was also used in Buddhist texts; Tangut Buddhist materials continued into the 12th–13th centuries.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
