What 𘞏 means
A tribal surname. The Tangut dictionary gloss is “surname of a tribe.”
The Western Xia state created Tangut writing in 1036 for government and a collection of Buddhist scriptures, establishing a distinct state script. It drew on Chinese writing and neighboring Khitan scripts but remained separate.
A court record from Guazhou may be the earliest dated Tangut writing, around 1070/1071. Later works covered Buddhist texts, the teachings of Confucius, military subjects, and literature; Tangut materials survived Western Xia’s fall in 1227.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
