What 𘟍 means
A Tangut–Chinese dictionary gives it the English gloss “gorgeous.”
Tangut writing was created by imperial decree around 1036 for government use in the Western Xia kingdom and for translations of Buddhist and Chinese works. It remained in use after the Mongol conquest in 1227, until 1502. Its square forms follow Chinese writing conventions, but record Tangut, a different language.
A historical Tangut-script character for reference, not a casual message marker.

1Why does 𘟍 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
